An Interesting Biography of George Soros

George Soros (Hungarian Soros Gyorgy, until 1936 under the name Schwartz; b. 1930) – American financier, investor, and philanthropist.
He was a supporter of the theory of open society and an opponent of “market fundamentalism”. He is a follower of Karl Popper’s ideas. His work is controversial in different countries and in different circles of society. He is often called a financial speculator. He is considered to be “the man who broke the Bank of England.”
